Rio De Janeiro - The International Congress of Maritime Arbitrators (ICMA) was established in 1972 to provide a forum for maritime arbitrators and lawyers from around the world to exchange views and news of professional interest. An invitation was extended to the President of IMSML to present a paper at the ICMA XXI, which took place in Rio De Janeiro from 8 to 13 March 2020.
