Vinodhini Benjamin Samuel is a Partner and valuable team member of Joseph & Partners. She graduated with a LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of London (External) and after completing the Certificate of Legal Practice, she got admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in the year 1996.

Vino has a strong reputation in shipping and corporate law matters and has the ability to handle both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her knowledge encompasses all aspects of corporate shipping transactions. Her skills range from non-contentious shipping law advice to highly contested arbitration and civil litigation work. She provides advice to all types of corporates on the risks and regulations surrounding the operation of ships and the carriage of goods and passengers by sea. Her corporate legal advice, dedication and hard work has received massive respect from the many clients she has served. Vino's clients include commercial vessel owners and operators, P&I Clubs and marine insurers, ports and terminals and maritime service providers.
